Once you have registered for a face-to-face training, you cannot cancel your registration yourself - so please contact us by email if you wish to cancel your participation: [email protected].

Cancellation conditions: 

The course must be cancelled at least 90 days before the training date. If the training is cancelled by the customer later, the customer will be charged the full price of the training. We reserve the right to cancel the training if its conditions are not met (there are not enough participants in the course). 

Payment: A paid course will be invoiced after the training has taken place. 

The prices stated are tax-free and 25.5% VAT will be added to them.
